Offer terms

Our first 10 fitted furniture orders of £3,000 or more with a deposit paid between Monday 4 January and Sunday 28 February 2027 get one free extra: a made-to-measure radiator cover (£400 to £500 on our price list, depending on size) or a drawer bank inside a cupboard (£300 to £400).

Places left: 10 of 10. We update this number as orders come in.

Launch offer terms

  1. The offer is run by Vayton Construction Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17425061, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.
  2. It's for the first 10 fitted furniture orders where the written quotation you sign comes to £3,000 or more, including VAT, and the deposit is paid between Monday 4 January and Sunday 28 February 2027. The closing date won't change.
  3. Each order gets one free extra, which you choose: a radiator cover made to measure (£400 to £500 on our price list, depending on size), or a drawer bank fitted inside one of the cupboards in your order (£300 to £400). Your written quotation shows the free extra at its own price, with the same amount taken off.
  4. The free extra has no cash value and can't be swapped for money off. It can't be combined with a neighbour referral on the same order. If an order qualifies for both, the person ordering chooses one.
  5. We fit the free extra by Friday 30 April 2027, usually on the same visit as your furniture.
  6. We show how many places are left on this page. If all 10 have gone, we tell you before our engineer visits.
  7. The offer sits alongside our price promise and our guarantee. It doesn't affect your legal rights, including your right to cancel.

Launch price terms

  1. Our fitted furniture is new, so these are introductory prices. They apply to surveys booked from Monday 4 January to Sunday 28 February 2027.
  2. Hinged wardrobes and tall built-in cupboards are £1,550 a metre, and £1,650 a metre from 1 March 2027.
  3. Sliding wardrobes are £1,450 a metre, and £1,550 a metre from 1 March 2027.
  4. Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and Mylands paint is at no extra charge, and £60 an alcove or unit from 1 March 2027. Dulux Heritage is at no extra charge, and £30 from 1 March 2027.
  5. Prices rise on 1 March 2027 as shown. The closing date won't change.
  6. All prices include making, fitting, painting and VAT. Your written quotation holds for 30 days from the date we send it.
  7. Every other price is our normal price from 4 January 2027. The launch prices can be used with the free extra and with a neighbour referral.

  1. Anyone can recommend us, including past customers and trades. Estate agents are not included; we work with them separately.
  2. The person you recommend must be new to Vayton and give us your name before our engineer's survey.
  3. Any Vayton job counts, not only fitted furniture. The amounts go by the total on the written quotation they sign, including VAT, before their money off. If the order gets smaller before the work starts, the amounts follow the smaller total. Work added after signing doesn't change them.
  4. Their money off is a line on their written quotation, which is built from our published prices.
  5. We pay you by bank transfer within 14 days of their job being finished and paid for in full.
  6. There is no limit on how many people you recommend. The referral can be used with our launch prices, but not with the free extra on the same order.
