A vacant unit, an occupied office and a trading venue need different work sequences. Tell us your opening or handover date, which areas must remain usable, delivery arrangements and permitted hours. Phasing and out-of-hours work can be discussed for the particular premises, with disruption, access and protection agreed before a programme is fixed.

Commercial work may involve a landlord, designer, operator, main contractor and specialist building-services installers. Drawings and a scope schedule should identify who designs, supplies, installs, tests and makes good each item. Vayton's quotation defines its agreed construction package, inclusions and exclusions; specialist systems and approvals are not assumed to form part of it.

That depends on the areas and works involved. Share your trading hours and the spaces that must remain operational so separation, access and any practical phasing can be reviewed before a programme is agreed.
Can you quote from our drawings and specification?
Yes. Send the latest revisions, quantities and scope boundaries. Highlight undecided finishes, client-supplied items and work by specialist contractors so assumptions and provisional items are visible.
Do you cover design and specialist approvals?
The project team should identify the designer, operator and specialist advisers responsible for these matters. Vayton can review the agreed construction scope and coordinate its interfaces; any further appointment must be expressly included in the quotation.
