A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we begin.

Where do you work?

We serve London and surrounding areas. Send your project postcode so we can confirm availability for your location.

How is my refurbishment priced?

Pricing depends on the existing condition, scope, finish specification, access and work by other trades. We review the available information and discuss any site visit needed before preparing a written quotation with clear inclusions, exclusions and supply responsibilities.

What should I send for a quotation?

Start with the postcode, spaces involved, work required and preferred timing. Include a budget range if you have one. You can email photographs, drawings or a schedule of work; if you are still planning, tell us what you know so far.

Can you undertake a specific trade package?

Yes. Discuss a single trade or a wider interior package, from partitions, ceilings and plastering to decorating, finishes and making good. Include any flooring, tiling or fitted elements you want considered. Supply responsibilities and specialist input are confirmed in the quotation.

Can we stay at home or keep the business open?

That depends on the work and the facilities affected. Tell us which rooms, access routes or trading areas must stay available. We can discuss phasing, noisy work and temporary disruption before the programme is agreed.

When can work start, and how long will it take?

Start dates and duration depend on the agreed scope, current availability, approvals and material lead times. Share any move-in or reopening deadline at the enquiry stage so its feasibility can be reviewed before you commit.
