An empty property is a useful opportunity to assess the work together: damaged finishes, worn flooring, kitchen or bathroom repairs and decoration. Separate essential repairs from optional improvements so the quotation reflects your priorities. Tell us whether you need a full refurbishment or a defined package before arranging new tenancy dates.
Plan access, selections and deliveries
Confirm who holds the keys, permitted working hours and whether the property is empty. Share the finish schedule and identify products you will supply, including quantities and delivery dates. In a managed block, include the building’s access and delivery arrangements. Occupied work needs separate discussion of room access and the facilities that must remain available.
Agree what completion includes
