Make the package and responsibilities clear

Yes. Send the latest drawings and specification, highlighting anything not yet decided. Clearly identify client-supplied items and work by other contractors.
What affects the quotation?
The existing condition, floor area, specification, working hours and access all matter. Changes to services or layout can also affect the scope; a site review helps identify these early.
